What services do you offer?
Six Senses Wellness offers premium private wellness and recovery experiences, including Contrast Therapy with your choice of Traditional Hot Rock Sauna or Infrared Sauna, paired with a Magnesium Cold Plunge, as well as dedicated private Red Light Therapy sessions.
We offer single sessions, packages and memberships to suit your wellness and recovery routine.

Is it by appointment only or are walk ins accepted?

Bookings are highly recommended to secure your preferred time and private suite. Walk-ins are welcome, however availability cannot be guaranteed. For the best experience, we recommend booking in advance.
What’s the difference between Infrared and Traditional Hot Rock Sauna?

An Infrared Sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body directly at a lower air temperature, providing a gentler and more comfortable heat experience.
A Traditional Hot Rock Sauna heats the air around you to a much higher temperature, creating the classic intense sauna experience.
Both are great options for relaxation, recovery and overall wellness — it simply comes down to your preferred style of heat.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes! Free street parking is available on Albyn Street and surrounding streets. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your appointment to find a spot during busy periods.

Can I use the sauna or Red Light Therapy while pregnant?

For your safety, we do not recommend using the sauna or Red Light Therapy during pregnancy unless you have received approval from your doctor or healthcare provider.
Please consult your healthcare provider before booking if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
Can I adjust the plunge temperature?

Yes! If you would like your cold plunge set to a different temperature or a warm plunge, please let us know at least 6 hours before your appointment so we have enough time to adjust it to your preferred temperature.
Can I bring my friends?
Yes! Our private suites are perfect for enjoying your wellness experience with friends. Additional guests can be added for $20 per person.
For larger groups, availability will depend on our room capacity. We recommend calling us directly to arrange your booking and ensure we can accommodate your group.

What's comes with the private suite?

Each private suite includes your own shower, hybrid sauna with your choice of Traditional Hot Rock or Infrared, magnesium cold plunge, and a range of complimentary amenities.
Amenities include a loofah, hairbrushes, vanity kits, shower caps, sanitary bags, wet bags for your swimming costume, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and complimentary towels.
You’ll also receive complimentary bottled water and a refreshing cold face towel.
Simply walk in dressed and walk out refreshed — we provide everything you need.
What are the age requirements?

Our sauna and contrast therapy facilities are available to guests aged 16 years and over.
All guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign our waiver and consent form prior to their session.
Is it Men and Women?

We are a mixed facility and welcome both men and women. All of our suites are completely private, meaning you will have your own private suite and will never be placed in a room with a random person.
Your space is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking.
